We may provide selected standard or low-value samples free of charge, depending on availability, project requirements, and sample type.
For custom prototypes, complex POP display structures, premium materials, special printing, tooling, or samples with higher commercial value, a sample fee may apply.
Courier, freight, customs duties, taxes, and other delivery-related charges are not included in the free sample offer and should be covered by the customer.
How Refunds Work
When a project moves forward to confirmed production, Kingwin Paper may partially refund or credit eligible sample-related fees based on the final order value, order quantity, and agreed commercial terms.
Refund or credit amounts are reviewed case by case after the official order is placed and confirmed.
Eligible fees can be returned directly or deducted from the following bulk production payment, subject to written confirmation.
Before arranging any sample, our team will confirm whether the sample itself is free, whether a sample fee is required, and the estimated logistics cost.
The sample process is designed to stay fair, transparent, and practical for both sides.
