MOQ depends on size, structure, and finishing. We support pilot runs for testing and scale up for rollouts once performance is validated. However, we understand the need for pilot programs and can support smaller trial runs with a sample making fee which may be refundable upon mass production orders.

Yes! Once we confirm the structure and dimensions suitable for your product, our structural engineers will generate a custom dieline (template) for your graphic designer to apply artwork. We also offer 3D rendering services to help you visualize the final product before prototyping.

Absolutely. Just send us your product samples or dimensions and weight, along with a rough sketch or reference photo of the display style you want. Our team will engineer a structural solution that ensures stability and load-bearing capacity tailored to your items.

Standard mass production time is 10-25 days after the pre-production sample is approved. For urgent orders or very large quantities, we will provide a specific timeline upon order confirmation.

We follow strict QC protocols:

• Material Inspection: Checking paper hardness and thickness.
• In-Process QC: Monitoring printing color accuracy and die-cutting precision.
• Finished Goods: Load-bearing tests, drop tests for packaging, and assembly checks.

Most cardboard displays are flat-packed to save on shipping volume and costs. We include easy-to-follow assembly instruction sheets (or videos) in every carton. However, we also offer pre-filled (co-packing) services if you send your products to our factory; we can assemble, load products, and ship ready-to-sell units.

Yes, we are experienced in global logistics. We can arrange sea or air freight to your door, including handling customs clearance (DDP terms). We are also familiar with Amazon FBA labeling and packaging requirements.
