Eco-Friendly Inks

Vegetable-based and water-based inks for vibrant, sustainable printing that meets environmental standards.

Protective Coatings

Anti-scratch and moisture-resistant coatings to ensure durability in retail environments.

Why Corrugated Cardboard Displays Outperform Traditional Materials

Modern corrugated cardboard delivers impressive strength, print quality and sustainability. Compared to plastic, metal or wood displays, it enables more agile, cost-effective and eco-friendly retail programs.

Corrugated Grades and Finishes

We select corrugated substrates based on weight loading, transport and in-store conditions. Options include single wall, double wall and specialty board combinations.

  • B, E, BE, BC flutes and micro-flute solutions
  • FSC certified and recycled content board
  • Offset or flexo printing with water-based or UV inks
  • Gloss, matte, soft-touch and spot UV finishes

Structural Design and Load Testing

Our engineering team models every design to withstand in-store conditions, from shopper interaction to replenishment and restocking.

  • 3D structural design with precise die-lines
  • Prototype testing to required load and stability
  • Transport simulation and packaging optimization
  • Assembly time and error reduction focus
Factor Corrugated Cardboard Displays Plastic or Metal Displays Wood Displays
Unit Cost Low to medium, ideal for temporary and seasonal campaigns High, requires larger upfront investment and tooling Medium to high, especially with premium finishes
Lead Time Short, typically 12–15 working days after approval Long due to tooling, molding and finishing processes Medium, depends on woodworking and finishing complexity
Weight and Logistics Very light, flat-packed to minimize freight and storage Heavy, higher shipping and handling cost Heavy and bulky, more complex warehousing and shipping
Sustainability Highly recyclable, often made from post-consumer fibers Harder to recycle, higher environmental impact Renewable material but often with non-recyclable coatings
Design Flexibility Very flexible, easy to change artwork and structures Limited, changes require new tooling and investment Moderate, complex shapes increase cost significantly
Best Use Short-term promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches Long-term fixtures, permanent brand blocks Premium semi-permanent displays in specific locations
